Gratitude (day 21): ability to drive

I'm grateful that I have a car and that I can drive anywhere I want to in LA. When we first came to LA I hadn't driven in a long time and so I basically had to "relearn" how to drive, or at least get up my courage to drive in a city thick with traffic and crazy driving. I'm extremely grateful that before we had two cars I had many friends who helped out and were willing to give me rides. But now I'm grateful that I am independent and have the courage to drive all around LA. I've conquered LA! (At least the parts I wanted to conquer.)
